Called WM Groves in September to clean my drain because my sewer backed up a bit after my new washing machine was connected. The next day my basement was underwater - they made it worse. The same guy came back and this time took off the toilet and cleaned that drain. Called back in December because the sewer backed up again. This time - the same guy, told me the second drain and the toilet were the problem. He took the toilet off again, left his footprints all over my black rug, in the bathroom and the hallway, because he came in and out for tools many times. There was something all over my walls and vanity when he left. A few days later I discovered that the toilet tank was now very wobbly, it obviously had not been supported when it was handled and the seal was damaged. I called WM Groves but because I signed off on moving the toilet the leaking toilet tank is now my problem. This repairman also had the top of the tank on backwards when he left, as well, one of his tools was left here. I have had my drains cleaned before and each time they got it done the first time and the cleaning lasted years. I will never use this company again.
