Our furnance stopped working the day before one of the coldest days (minus 20+)thus far. We found Reliable on Homestars, liked what others had to say and took the chance. We are so glad and lucky to have contacted them first! Rob came to our house the same day (on a holiday as well) to diagnose the problem. After determining a replacement part was needed, he said he would come back the next day once the stores were open to get the part. After he left, he called us back within minutes to see if he could try something else after thinking about the issue some more. He returned and fixed the problem! In all honesty, it is hard to come by such great service and dedication to one's job these days. He could have easily stopped thinking about it and waited to get the part the next day while we were out of heat for a night. However, he took ownership of the issue and did not give up. Thank you Rob for taking care of us. We will definitely recommend you to anyone who needs furnance assistance.
