Clayton, Roman and the team gutted our ground floor, moved our kitchen from the back of the house to the middle, and turned the back exterior mudroom into a new piece of interior space. The project took about 4 months, but would have probably taken less had our kitchen cabinetry not been delayed. I just take one star off because I didn't love the way the contract was set up - I found it confusing to understand, especially as a first-time renovator, and there were details re: the mudroom that needed to be outlined in more detail. However, the completed reno is stunning, the team paid meticulous attention to every detail - Roman really cared about the quality of his work and I truly appreciated his dedication. I am pleased to be able to say that I have every confidence in the quality of the work that's been done. Clayton also works with great tradespeople - working with his tiling, electrical, plumbing, and construction teams was a pleasure.
