Called Atlas for the first time this week when my AC was leaking 9L of water a day into my basement. The Technician arrive right at the top of the scheduled window and she diagnosed our problems right away. She also identified some other issues with the original install, that she was able to fix on the spot at no additional cost. We were very happy with the professional service and signed up for their care plan.
After our floor drain started flooding into our basement we called Drain Works, based on the reviews here. I called them at 4 PM on a Wednesday and they had someone out to our house between 5 and 6 PM that evening. Once they figured out that a dig was needed to fix it, they were able to have a crew booked for 10 AM the following day. They replaced a collapsed trap, put in clean outs and by 3:30 in the afternoon, everything was fixed, inspected and paid for. Awesome people (Jim, Lou and Matt) and great service. Thank you.

Our fridge stopped working over the New Years weekend, so we called the Appliance Guy on Monday morning. Within 2 1/2 hours of our call, he was at our door and had our fridge up and running in 45 minutes. He was very professional, informative and friendly. I would recommended him to anyone and will definitely use him again.
