Michael was the best! We contacted him and needed him to do an inspection on very short notice so that we could close the deal on a house quickly. Not only did he schedule us in, but he also got us our report the same night so that we could send it in to our realtor. He was professional and prompt in terms of communication. His report was also the most detailed we had ever seen, including bonuses such as rebates and credits available to us in our new neighbourhood. Each item/issue was thoroughly described, and accompanied with next steps such as fixing or obtaining something, how urgent the issue is, with suggested timelines, and also very good quality photos he had taken himself. His base rate also included thermography, which isn't always the case. He was also very competitively priced. Overall, Michael went above and beyond and I'd recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat!
