Checking for Knob and Tube Wiring
AC Electrical was recommended by a friend who'd seen them rewire an old house, replacing ceiling to basement knob and tube with modern copper wiring. My friend told me AC Electrical had done a stellar job. So I called them and one of their electricians Steve, with forty years in the business, came and checked out our home for knob and tube wiring. Unlike another company we called, who claimed we had problems we didn't so they could get more money from us, Steve checked all our wiring thoroughly, assuring us we had no knob and tube and converting two dangerous sockets into grounded ones. He also gave us a letter for our insurance company confirming that we had all copper wiring. As one who believes in honest referrals for honest companies, I strongly recommend AC Electrical to prospective clients like yourself who are looking for an honest company, competent electricians and work well done.
