My downspout had fallen off in the wind. I didn't want to simply replace it but re-route to the first story eve. I called a few companies for quotes. Some companies didn't want to do the extra work due to the power line nearby. Tip Top Trough came through with a very professional quote. They stuck with the quote even after asking for confirmation on how the downspout would be re-routed. Great customer service from Myriam. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Quotes are on par with other companies, but the service puts them over the top.

Andrew does a great pruning and cleaning up once the job is done. Raked up and leaf blowed the remaining pieces, even the main road where the shredder was located. I needed a exemption for one of my trees which was hazardous, Andrew was able to advise on the spot and send the request to the city. He came back once the exemption came through and honoured his original quoted price, even though he had to come back again. A pleasure to have worked with him.

My wife arranged for Nuvo as a surprise bday present and I was very pleasantly surprised. Nuvo was able to complete it before I came home from work and everything was nicely arranged. They even levelled one of my benches which was angling down due to the garage floor. Nice attention to detail. Great followup customer service as well. They even accommodated my request to bring back a few items which I wanted to repurpose elsewhere in the house. I will definitely be calling Nuvo back in the future to get some extra work done.
