Poor quality products and no custmer service after you pai!
Our couch got damaged and we ordered replacement cushion in Oct/Nov and were told it would be here in Jan/Feb. Still not here! I have called at least 8 times and no response even after speaking to staff. Yan never returns calls. I would never, ever recommend this company. Their product is very poor quality and they have no idea about customer service after they have your Nadir
