My story is that I called Trails appliances and inquired about the house call to repair my dishwasher. I was quoted a charge of $89 for basic house call + the tax .I was told I would be looking at $100.28. If there are no Parts need (I checked another service repair company, they quoted me $30 less, but have decided to go with Trails appliances) When the serviceman came, he spent 5 minutes attending my dishwasher and 5 minutes writing the invoice, which to my surprise came to $157.58 $57.30 more than was quoted! I called the office with my complaint .He offered reduce to reduce the charge by $20 which he will take out of the pocket of the repairman! (Needless to say I did not go for that solution where Trails is generous with their employee’s money) ! I'd like to make it known that what you are quoted is not what you pay! I’d rather give my business to small repairman who has integrity!
