I bought my first house with sterling homes in 2017 , and so far I’m happy with the service they provide us, whenever I’m having any minor issues with the house as I am the new home owner, I contact warranty tech Trevor Weibe and he’s always helped me out and provide me useful information. He is really helpful guy and arrange appointment pretty quick. So far I’m happy home owner as I got excellent customer service and still getting it. Strongly recommended
