I had an unresponsing Furnace on a chilly November night. I discovered at 12 Midnight that my furnace was not responding properly to my thermostat's direction. I checked all connections and breakers in my basement, but could not figure out what the problem was. My Wife and 2 small kids were already well into their sleeps, and i had to figure this out before I went to bed. I called my contact number for AirWorks 905-609-heat and idiscuss my situation with the technician on the phone (not an answer service, but a real furnace technician! He explained that he went out for an overnight call the week prior and all it was was the "furnace switch" was off. I put the phone down to go and see the switch in my home - and sure - enough my 4 year old son has played with the switch to see "what light that it controlled". By this time it was 1:15 AM and I had to get up at 6:15, so I was THRILLED to have a smart person help me on the phone with my inocent problem. Continuous great work AirWorks!
