We needed to do a major renovation of a failing (80+ yr old) addition to our home. The work involved going right down to the footings on about 50% of the house and completely rebuilding, shoring up some structural work in other areas, and finishing multiple bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Fine Spaces completed the work in record time, very good quality and dealt with many complications along the way in a professional manner. We are very happy with the finished product and Bryan also made some recommendations along the way that were very welcome. A few small issues after the house settled, but Bryan also followed-up pretty well. Highly recommended.

We needed to renovate the attic in a 100+ yr. old farmhouse. The job was quite complex, including refitting the old construction to improve the insulation and also repair the roof, replace the stairway, new windows & custom cabnetry. Complete Building did an excellent job working with us to our timeline, making good design adjustments along the way and helping us to maximize the usability of the space. Many good touches on the finish work as well, very pleased with the outcome.
