He's courteous and experienced. We have a base baseboard heater that hasn't been working for some time. The solution was a bit tricky but Victor spent the time to figure it out and get it right. It's now working perfectly! He also identified a few other issues aroundthe house that I'll definitely be having him return to fix. He's a friendly and patient guy that I would recommend happily.
