Nate repointed and replaced bricks as necessary on three walls of our house (built in 1897). This included rebuilding several window arches. He also replaced many cracked stones in the foundation as well as the lintel for a basement window. Finally, he ordered and installed 9 heritage stone window sills, replacing rotted window sills. He was was very professional and the quality of the work was fantastic. Nate has great attention to detail and he shared our passion for restoring the house to its original state (or better!).

Ivan from intricate roofing is really passionate about roofing and was a pleasure to deal with. He takes his time and does not cut corners, which was important for our older Centretown house with some unusual heritage features. In addition to new shingles, he took down our crumbling chimney and installed new skylights. He also made sure we were happy each step of the way, regularly sending us texts with pictures to show how the work was going. We would definitely recommend intricate roofing.
