It all started out with a great phone call to reception where I was provided a budgetary quote and a clear explanation of the process. The service van arrived 15 min early, gave me an estimate $50 below the budget quote (with more included), and completed the job within a few hours. The exterior of my home is squeaky clean...he even dropped into my deep window wells on the side of my house to scrub and clean. I will recommend Men in Kilts to my family and friends and look forward to having them back next year.

Devon was polite, explained how he would figure out the issue and the associated cost, and quickly diagnosed the issue. When he didn't have the part, he had one delivered to my house and offered to troubleshoot any plumbing or heating issues I have at no additional cost.
