We had Eric and his team come in replace the upstairs level in our home as well as the stairs going into the basement. I am very wary of contractors as a whole and when Eric came in to quote the job, he was open and honest and gave us several options for the project. At no point did we feel pressure to pick the most expensive option and when Eric and his team arrived to do the job the were fast and efficient. The team was extremely professional and personable (which goes a long way when someone is in your home that long). They paid attention to detail and the site was kept tidy for the duration of the project. I cannot say enough good things about Mastery and the team there.
