Our gas stove oven's burner "burnt out", we called Waterloo Appliance Service and a technician (Jim) came out next day and did a good job, fixed it in no time. He also checked the dishwasher and suggested a workaround the problem, because the actual dishwasher is 20 years old. Jim was pleasant, courteous and professional, we thank you for your work!
