We live in a mobile home. We had a leak under the crawl space. We had been without water for three days, they came at the end of the day and we had an insurance inspector coming in the morning. When they told us it was base rate $550 to go under the crawl space, $95 for the service call plus tax we were horrified but had no time to get someone else. The plumber told us all plumbing companies charge a base rate for crawl spaces and we wouldn’t find anyone cheaper. This was not true. After the fact, I called plumbing companies and restoration companies and they charge by the hour, no base rate for crawl spaces. Our bill for one hours work was $728. Well lesson learned. Always ask questions before hiring a plumbing company. Never use Plumb Tech and warn your friends.

We went to Bedroom Depot to purchase a mattress. We received the best of service from the time we entered the store. We had issues with the mattress we picked out and our sales rep, Ryan, went above and beyond the call of duty to help us get a mattress that was perfect for us. We did not expect this quality of service. We were kept apprised of when we could expect delivery. We were give a two hour window and delivery was always earlier than expected. The delivery men were very friendly and efficient. We have to say we really appreciate the fine service we received from Bedroom Depot.
