I called for a price on windows, and also on a ceiling fan. The staff didn't appear to be very knowledgeable, having to check both things with someone else. Prices were higher than elsewhere.

I visited Cox Hometown flooring just to browse, but the staff was so knowledgeable and helpful that I ended up buying new flooring for two rooms. They assisted every way possible, from figuring out how much I needed to offering advice on trims. A very good company to deal with.
