Going through a bidding war was very stressful and having 1 day to complete the inspection was a tricky situation. Luckily I found Alan from Allmax who was a breath of fresh air. From the very first call I felt more than comfortable with him and his presentation. Being a first time buyer I had no idea about the construction of a house, never the less what a home inspection was all about. After 10 minutes in, I was suprememly confident that he was keeping my best interests in mind. Alan was extremely knowledgable, professional throughout and his report was very impressive. After leaving a high end 1970's amplifier with Butlers, then doing research on them I was somewhat concerned. Obviously I should have done my homework first. However, I can honestly say that when it was all said and done that I am happy with the service. This is somewhat of a specialty item. They made no promises that it would be ready quickly. and did a great job. The price was fair and I actually would have them repair other things if need be. However, just like any place that repairs things, I would ask how knowledgeable a company is with repairing a product. I have been using the amplifier for several months now and it sounds great, Overall, I am happy with the service.
