They said that it would take a couple of weeks to get the countertop that I wanted...it took one, they estimated 3 days to do the work, it took 2 and a half. The only thing that was less was how good it looks. And when the demo showed up a problem that was left from the original cabinet/dishwasher installation, they matched the colours perfectly and fixed it so that it fits right in with the rest of the work. I was very pleased with how it looks and how it was installed. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

Had a major leak from under the sink that appeared late on a Sat afternoon. Sent an email to Mr. Rooter and got a call back within 20 min and a visit within an hour. David checked out the problem and promised a fix first thing in the morning. Had to replace all the pipes under the dual sinks. Was there on time and got it all fixed up before noon. Checked with others and the price was comparable, there was no extra charge for an immediate weekend visit.
