Despite being unsuccessful in repairing our fridge this company should be commended for its honesty and integrity. Not only were we refunded in full for the repair cost and part, we were also refunded the call out fee.

Very professional service. Clear quote with useful supplementary information. We knew what we were getting and could use the information to weed out misinformation given to us by other quoters. Did the job in a single day, no fuss. Clean-up was good. Everything looks good.

We have previously had only bad experiences shopping for mattresses. This place was different. Good informative service without being pushy, then left us alone to try things out. No problems when we left the store to shop around (but found they were the best). Went back and price quoted included everything including delivery, setup and removal of the old mattress. And they delivered.
