Moses did a substantial venting installation for a basement toilet so that it would meet code, and the city building inspector's first comment was, "This is high quality work". He approved it in minutes! My more recent work was having a toilet installed on an emergency basis which was done quickly and also professionally (no issues with it since). Moses also installed a water heater for my partner...quickly and without issues.
