Jermaine came to our house and worked quickly and efficiently. It was obvious he knew his stuff, and even though we didn’t have a clear, specific problem (an overflow sensor kept trippping for no apparent reason), he patiently pulled apart the machine to check for all possibilities. After a small piece of ceramic was removed from the drain pump, the machine has been working as good as new.
