We have a large flat roof that was leaking through our upper floor ceiling in multiple places. We had had another company come out to inspect previously, and they misdiagnosed the situation significantly. Ben and his team quickly identified multiple problems associated with roof structure, drainage, water pooling, cracking around our skylights, and mold developing in sections. I've included a picture of the "before" state. Ben took the time to walk through the key issues, talk out potential solutions, and go over all of the questions that my wife and I had. Within a couple of days, Ben had assembled a team of 12 to properly angle the roof, replace our skylights, and fully add proper eaves and downspouts. He was a pleasure to deal with and he and his crew were super professional and hard working throughout the job. They were spotless in their cleanup, and we are thrilled with the finished product. Ben also helped me to take another step towards my dream rooftop deck by replacing one of the skylights with a roof hatch. An added bonus I hadn't expected was that the noise level on the new roof when it rains is drastically reduced - we can now barely tell that it rains, whereas it used to wake us up at night. Please see the "after" picture that demonstrates the drastic improvement. I would most certainly recommend Ben and his company, and already have to family and friends in need of repairs/support. I can't recommend him and Luc's roofing enough. Great job!

I recently had Magic Touch come in to look at our chimney as we are new home owners and wanted to ensure smooth operation during our first winter at the house. The service that was provided was very professional, and the gentleman was very diligent about keeping things clean as he worked. He made observations regarding the chimney structure and tips for ongoing use that I'm not sure would have been provided by "run-of-the-mill" service providers. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service that was provided and would recommend Magic Touch to anyone looking for a chimeny sweep.

After moving into our house, I contacted the phone # for the providers of our alarm system equipment that the prior owners were using as was indicated on the control panel. I was very disappointed in my initial call with them as they were very pushy over the phone with little in the way of explanation regarding what type of equipment I had, what my needs were, etc. T I subsequently contacted Skywire, and Paul spent close to half an hour with me over the phone going over details of the existing equipment, the house, etc. to determine my specific security needs. It turns out some of the equipment was well out-dated and could be more prone to mechanical malfunctions. Paul and Chris were over to the house within a couple of days and installed new equipment where necessary, walked me through the full operation and provided me with everything I needed to get started. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience. These guys truly have the customer in mind and are clearly experts in this business. I would recommend them to anyone who is on the fence about deciding which company to choose when it comes to alarm systems.
