Anthony sent above and beyond what I paid for to make sure everything went well. He accommodated me by disconnecting the gas stove and waited for the delivery of the new stove so he could connect the gas line.

I am very pleased with the windows after having them for the last 6 months. I like the clarity of not having a screen to look thru to the conservation area, and I adore the white blinds that shade us from the harsh heat from the sun in the summer. I can see and feel the quality as I use them daily. Can't beat 40 years of warranty!
