Sandy's customer service ends once the sales transaction is done and they have your money. Their delivery service is not accommodating -deliver when suits their schedule and won't provide time frame until day of delivery so very difficultto plan for working people. Item was not what was purchased - cheap immitation 6 drawer melamine for a 9drawer wood dresser. Very poorly put together- drawers don't close. They claim didn't know supplier changed design. Very unaccommodating for return _ delivery people are too busy to pick up for return obviously a low priority for them since they have my money. I had to pay upfront but they can delay the refund with "we're too busy to pick up." Alsol manager promised owner would phone today to discuss refund.. its after six pm and still no call, just as reliable as the service has been so don't know why i would be surprised.
