I had to fix a leaking problem that cause damage in the garage stucco. I got at least 6 estimates, when I met David, he was very kind, respectful, on time with our appointment, explained very well the scope of the job and gave a very reasonable price. I made a decision to work with him and he went above and beyond, even repaired few cracks and filled some spots that were not part of the estimate. He also change a rotten piece of plywood and was not extra. David is very professional and his job is impecable. His crew is very respectful and left the work area very clean. Chinook was very good guiding me with this project. Crew is very respectful and the job was done on time. My patio looks very nice and got many compliments from friends. Job was about a new pathway to park a car that could look as patio area for BBQ. New slabs and bedding plants were added. Beautiful result
