Kyle and his team took on the challenge of painting the exterior of my all-brick, 110-year-old house last summer. It need a lot of prep as the old paint was flaking off in many spots. There were also spots that needed tuck-pointing. He took care of all of that. He also handled my surly neighbour in a very professional and diplomatic way when there was a complaint about paint flakes blowing onto his property. The house looks great now, and we've been through two winters (Toronto) and the paint shows no signs of wear. Great job Kyle !!

The Brock sales rep (Kevin) came to see us on a Sunday evening and spent two hours discussing options and issues that might come up in the installation of new windows in our 110-year old house. He was very professional and gave me a quote on the spot. I felt completely comfortable paying a deposit and contracted him for the project. The windows arrived 8 weeks later, as promised, and they were even nicer than I expected. The installer, Mirko, arrived on time and even though he initially expressed concern about the difficulty of the project, he had all 12 windows installed by the end of the first day, the front door installed by the second day and then did the finish trimming and sealing, both inside and outside all windows by day three. The final product looks spectacular and with the triple-pane option the house is really quiet which is important since we live on a busy street.
