BAD BOY FURNITURE BURLINGTON STORE
We purchased 5 pieces of furniture for our new consultation room on Sept 28/11 and were promised delivery in 4-6 weeks. Ten weeks has passed and we've received nothing but a runaround. The "expected" delivery date has been changed 4 times so far. The store manager "Sharee" told me two weeks ago that it would definitely come the first week of December. It's Dec. 6th now and I've called the store 3 times in the past two days and he will no longer accept or return my calls. The store manager Heidi keeps making promises to get to the bottom of it but still no news! They took a full payment from us on Sept 28th and we do not have our promised furniture! DO NOT BUY FROM BAD BOY FURNITURE !!!

we make every effort to address delays by offering options to our customers to match them with products they love, including substitution for equal or greater value (excluding custom-ordered items, of course)Bad Boy Superstore sales will sometimes sell out of our store stock, or delays can be caused by other issues beyond our control.
