Great company! My experience was awesome! Emailed them on Sunday of the long weekend; got a call from Jim on Monday; tech was here on Tuesday. Katy was quick to diagnose and repair the heater problem. When she told me the repair was covered under warranty (heater is under 2 yrs old) and there would be NO CHARGE to me for the service, I was stunned. They did not install my pool heater - I used other trades. A tip was warranted probably should have given more. I won't hesitate to call them for any future pool heater maintenance. Highly recommend. I did not see these reviews prior to contacting them and I am rather surprised at some of the negative ones. My dealings with them were quite the opposite

As a property manager, I need to have trustworthy contractors to perform the construction work in the townhouse condos I manage. I recently started using Drain Rescue for sewer back-ups and their response time has been fantastic. They take the time to explain the problem, the cost involved and even follow-up with you to make sure you are satisfied with the work done by the crew. We had a big problem in a main sewer line which effected 5 homes and this required sanitary line replacement - huge job due to excavation inside and out! Crew was punctual, left the job site secure (project took 2 days to complete) and all was neat and tidy when done! Very impressed and happy to have a company I can rely on to provide prompt, professional service to the residents! Reasonable prices for emergency service.
