Put out a call for someone to open up a bulkhead to allow for some HVAC technicians to replace an air intake valve (a nice surprise) and Romildo responded and showed up within 30 minutes. He took my situation seriously (I was without heat or hot water on the middle of February and needed this work to be completed in order to replace my dead hot water tank) and completed the drywall tear down in a couple hours by himself. A few days later he returned to patch up the same bulkhead and did a clean and professional job. I didn’t require finishing or painting so I can’t comment on that aspect. He’s personable and great at what he does. I’d recommend him to anyone who needs to have this type of work done.

Our hot water tank died so we decided to replace with a Rinnai tankless system. This is a considerable expense but it seems like a good long term investment. Our installation technicians Behzad, Mehdi, Amir and Masoud were all extremely hard working and professional, and willing to answer all questions we had about the installation process. We had several setbacks which dragged this one day install into a challenging three day install but this is through no fault of the installation crew, and they handled the situation like the professionals they are. We had to hire a drywall contractor to both open and close a bulkhead so the guys could replace a vent pipe. This added to our overall cost and was not expected but sometimes these things happen.
