What a disaster! They made so many mistakes, from installing pipes that leaked to damaging the roof to installing a water meter three times and getting it wrong every time. And then we discovered that the p-traps were below the joists so we couldn't install the drywall on the ceiling below. We had to hire another plumber to fix the mess. Do not even consider hiring this company for any job, big or small!

They removed a lot of lath and plaster without damaging walls that we want left in place. They cleared out moldy insulation from a shed - a nasty job I sure didn't want to do! They did want we wanted, on time, and cleaned up after them selves. I wish all our contractors were like them!

New Look did a fantastic job! They consulted with us to make sure we knew the options, and then installed what we asked for quickly and efficiently. They bent over backwards to please us. They are well supervised and work great as a team. Of all the renovations we got done on our house, they were the highlight for sure. Highly recommended.

Sloppy work. Got foam on windows, walls and most serious, the furnace flue, so the furnace maintenance company considered the furnace unsafe to operate and would not complete their inspection. O'Reilly did send someone to fix it. He was in such a bad mood it put me in a bad mood. I had to keep telling him places he missed and he complained. I finally told him I would keep inspecting until it was done right. He left without saying a word and without properly completing the job. O'Reilly did have a good reputation but it sounds like they don't supervise very well and have lost their edge. The woman who answers the phone was rude and unpleasant. The job was done, and for less money than the competition, but they left me dissatisfied and irritated. Not a total disaster but not recommended.
