Bay window not insulated properly. No insuenbetween surface of wood and brick causing condensation on the wooden seat with formation of mold and blistering of wood. Called Dutemp several times. They came once, looked at it with no inspection and said it was the shear drapes causing the problem, laughed and left. Our Heating and Plumbing Company did a heat gun check and they said there was massive differential in temperature from top to bottom. CALLED DUOTEM again with no response. We finalĺy had to hire a competitor to alleviate the problem. Cost was $900. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. I would not recommend Duotemp
