We used Flat Rate Relocation for our recent move from Fort McMurray to West Kelowna and couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. All of our conversations were professional and courteous, they answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease with the process. The only constructive feedback I would provide was that maybe we should have done a video walk through of our home as I think we underestimated the amount of stuff we had through email and they only sent 2 guys to do the loading and it took a very long time to load the truck. I loved knowing there would be no hidden or surprise charges.
