We ordered 2 doors and 8 windows for our home in June. Estimated install date at that time was mid-October. when we called at the end of October we were told likely mid November, next call we were told December. After speaking with the sales manager we were told it would likely be January but he would confirm and call me back. No return call, called him again, no return call. I am seeing others who ordered in June here installed in November yet I can get no answers as to why mine are taking so long. Horrible customer service!

Hi John, as we have spoken to you about, we cannot give an exact install date until we have the product in hand. This is to avoid guessing and booking something with you that we then have to re-book. Once we receive your items we call and confirm an exact installation date.
