I had a gas fireplace not starting up and called Chris to come help. He spent just a few minutes to determine my problem was simply a loose wire. He repaired the wire, vacuumed under the area and tested it for operation. As it was a small fix he refused payment and simply said call me again. Amazing customer service that will surely prompt me to spread the word on his professionalism and care.
