Great service from The Roof Whisperer from start to finish. Called when I noticed a row of shingles missing from my house. Jean answered the call and scheduled the work promptly (and not that it makes a difference to the quality of the roof repair, but Jean is super nice and funny!). Ilar arrived as scheduled, gave me the estimate and booked a time to return later in the day to complete the work. He was flexible with his timing to accommodate the nap schedule of my kids (really appreciate that). When Ilar returned, he quickly and carefully got the work done and checked the rest of the roof while he was up there, I was hesitant to book this company because of having to pay $100 for the estimate (which comes off the bill if you book them), but I would definitely use them again due to their professionalism and excellent work. Very happy with the service I received from Alec and Greg at Green and Spotless. The silicone caulking in my shower was mildewed and some of the grout was cracked. Same problem in the kitchen behind the sink. Alec gave me a quote after I texted him some pictures and quickly scheduled a date and time. Greg arrived on time and took care to put on booties to protect my floors. Greg clearly explained what he planned to do (which included much more than I thought they would do) and got the work done quickly. The shower caulking and the kitchen backsplash now look like new. I really appreciate the excellent work, reasonable price, and courteous service. Great job!

Late last night, I saw a mouse zip across the floor of my baby son's bedroom as I was feeding him. You can imagine my horror. It zipped into our bedroom and my husband and I spent the next hour chasing it around the room. We caught it and put it outside. First thing the next morning I called Pesticon. Waheed came right down and did a thorough inspection of the house and concluded that we did not have an infestation but rather it was likely a sole one-off mouse. At that point, he let me know that he would be happy to turn around and go home or that he could put down traps anyway just in case. I believe what he said was "I will be happy to do the work but I will be just as happy if you decide you don't need it" - he was not pushy at all. In the end, I decided to have him put the traps down because with a new baby, I want peace of mind. He placed them all over the house and gave me instructions as to when to remove them. He also inserted some poison into a crack in the wall where the mouse might have entered. I believe that any exterminator could do what he did but I do not believe every exterminator would be as honest and courteous and professional as he was. I really appreciate his integrity.
