Demitri was very detailed and very informative right from the time I asked him for a quote and the same continued all the way until installation. Both Demitri and Tony were very meticulous in their installation of the Chlor-a-soft Water softener and pentair RO system. They did not rush and took their time to ensure it was installed correctly and nothing fails going forward. I highly recommend them
