GarCon completely gutted and renovated our upstairs bathroom this Fall, and the final product is beautiful and functional, and was finished on schedule and under budget. The quote we were given was very detailed, with no hidden costs. Adam was usually very quick to respond to emails with questions, and our few concerns were addressed immediately until everything was to our satisfaction. My one warning to anyone considering a renovation is regarding the sub-contractors used, where we did have some difficulties. We were told that work would happen Monday to Friday between 9-6, but we had sub-contractors at our door some days at 8 am, and not leaving until gone 7:30 PM, and one showed up on Thanksgiving Sunday. We would hire GarCon again, but this time we would emphasize from the beginning that all sub-contractors adhere to our Monday to Friday 9-6 schedule.
