My sump pump was was not working and making strange noises (it was only three years old). I was a nervous wreck that I would flood and started searching for a drain specialist. I went with Drain Rescue because of the reviews. Within 45 minutes Wayne was at my door, he took his time to explain and teach me how a sump pump worked (first time sump pump owner). He was professional courteous and super neat and clean. I hope I don't need a plumber again but if I do I will definitely call Drain Rescue! Thank you Wayne for putting my worries at ease!
