Fireplace inspection and cleaning
This company was very quick to respond to our request and they were reliable and timely. They came to inspect our gas fireplace which we had not ever used and gave us advice on how to get rid of the smell it was producing. They were reasonably priced and knowledgeable as well.
We hired Deborah to help with our landscaping in our backyard. We had a problem with uneven terrain and a large bare area that turned into mud with the slightest moisture. It was not kid or dog friendly. Deborah had great suggestions for how to transform this and was so open to incorporating our suggestions for kid friendly natural elements. We are very pleased with her work, and she returned the following year to replant any plants that didn't survive. Very good pricing as well.
We had our exterior windows cleaned by this company and they did a very thorough job. We also have 4 skylights and they cleaned those (inside and out), as well as the screens for the skylights. The screens were $1.75 each which I thought was a very good deal considering they are impossible for us to reach on our own. I had previously used another company, who did not clean the skylights and was more expensive, so Eco's price seemed more than fair. The only problem I had was that their ladder left black scuff marks on the walls under our skylights, and again, due to the height, this is nearly impossible for us to clean.
We hired this company because we could hear some sort of wildlife in our attic. They were very knowledgeable in determining what type of problem we had. They knew all the signs to look for for each type of pest and were very good in explaining this to us. Once the problem was identified, they took immediate steps to fix the problem (ie, the same day) as well as informing us how long it would take to go away and what to do if we continued to hear noise. The cost was $300 for the mice problem and i'm not sure how this compares to other companies. But the service was good and the owner even returned the following day to follow up with another type of bait.
