When the deficiencies became apparent from the eaves trough work, John Gray kept promising to come back to do the fixing that was required. Work was done in Nov 2010.....60 to 70 phone calls later and promises to come the very next week, he never came through. He chose to keep stringing me along month after month. The final call at the end of Nov 2011, he hung up when he heard my voice. That is when I decided he deserved a truthful review. I am so disappointed that he chose not to do the relatively quick fix so both he and I could feel good about the work. I do not suggest using this man.
