We were so lucky to find them through Next Door app. They came to our rescue when we realized that previous contractor did not have skill to finish the job past partial tiles demolition. They did a fantastic job finishing our washroom renovation. They were friendly, considerate, and knowledgeable. Communication from start to finish was amazing and they always showed up on time. They cleaned all the debris after they were done, and the finished washroom looks amazing, and their workmanship is first rate. Do not even hesitate to choose them for your reno! I owe Richard Huge Thanks for all the years of free tips and advices he was giving me when we tried to get more life out of my old furnace. He saved me money and time and was asking nothing in return. When I finally decided to install new furnace, CoreTemp was my only and first choice. One day before my furnace was installed I called Richard and told him to move my appointment because I want furnace charges to go to my new credit card to collect travel points and it might take 3 weeks for me to receive this card. I was absolutely struck when Richard said he will go ahead with installation and I can pay him after I have a new card. I am not talking here about $500 bill here. People with such honesty and integrity as Richard do not come across often. He takes customer service to a completely new level that no other service company that I ever dealt with even can come close. Even if you do not need new furnace right now, call Core Temp, see how it feels to be treated like a top customer – with honesty, integrity, professionalism and very warm human attention.

I have mixed feelings about Canadian Appliances store. The one I used was at the Mississauga location and in the beginning when I walked into the store it took me a while to get the service I needed. I found the service non attentive and with an attitude. if you go to that location the only one I can highly recommend is Gladwyn Mackinnon. My order was large, few times we had to change items and Gladwyn was quick to respond, eager to negotiate, gave excellent advices and when my order was mixed and wrong range arrived Gladwyn delivered right range to my door himself! If you decide to go to the store –go to Gladwyn Mackinnon . If something goes wrong (and it can happen!) at least you know that you have someone on your side who can help you to get it right. I just finished rennovating my front yard using Burl-Oak company and was amazed by the level of service, attention to details, follow up phone calls and professionalism. I must say that i am a very demanding customer but I felt very comfortable with Burl-Oak company. They give you an advise but don't push it, they listen to all your requirements and sincrerely want you to like the finished product. if you do not like something they make sure they change it and they always follow up phone calls. I highly recommend them. This is the perfect company who really cares about your needs and also about their brand. Richard and his company are amazing!Tthey care, you can trust them and they give you honest opinion. Just last week my furnace stopped working and I called Cosmopolitan company. They charged me $117 just for diagnosing the problem, told me I needed a new part and they were no sure if this part is even available as my furnace is 10 years old. I called Richard for a second opinion and he was amazingly helpful despite it was late Friday night. The next day Cospomoplita told us that the part to our furnice will cost $130 and their labour (in addtion to what we already paid them) will cost 200! I called Richard again and he said it does not sound right. The same day he send the guy who works in his company to look at our furnace and it turned out we did not need any new part. The problem was fixed in less than an hour. Do you know how much it cost us ? 60 dollars !!! And cospopolitan wanted from us $447!!! If you have problem with your heat call this company. They really care.
