We hired Farid to lay new hardwood flooring in our house. He did a decent job for the first half, but as we needed to replace our windows we had to pause the job. Farid offered to store the other half of the wood for us. It took about a year to get new windows installed (since they needed to do it in the summer) and we were in contact with Farid every few months to manage timelines. We’re ready to install the wood, Farid won’t answer any calls or texts( we’ve been trying for 2 months). He seems to have vanished. Farid, if you value your reputation please contact us and return the wood that we purchased.
