Went in looking for a furnace filter. Could not find a staff memeber to help us. When we finally did find one, had to wait about 15 min. to get his assistance as he was helping others. When we showed him our furnace manual and explained we needed a filter - trying to find out which type we needed he looked at us and said "of course I have no idea what type you need - you need to phone the manufacturer". He was not helpful at all and was quite rude - like we should have known better.
