In 2021, I decided to sell my modern inner-city home and move into my family home on the outskirts of the city. Built in 2002, it held sentimental value but needed mechanical and aesthetic updates. Inspired by a good friend's positive experience with Mike and his team at Livello, I chose them for my renovation. I spent most of 2022 planning, and by the fall, Mike and I started working through my priorities and various budget scenarios. Initially focusing on the main floor, we began the project in May 2023. Early on, a pipe break we discovered in the basement (unrelated to the renovation) quickly expanded the scope to a two-floor renovation. Mike and his team handled the unexpected issues and additional work with professionalism and respect. He always said that if it made sense for the project, he would find a way to execute it. Their excellent communication, commitment to customer satisfaction, and creative problem-solving minimized my stress throughout the lengthy project. The results exceeded my expectations, honoring my parents' legacy while modernizing the home. I am thrilled with Livello's work and would wholeheartedly recommend them for anyones future renovations. My only advice, however - don't live in the house during renovations.
