Chris conducted a thorough inspection of the new home we wished to purchase. As he worked, he took the time to explain the issues he was finding and answered our questions. He noticed a number of things that we would have missed. Even though this was a new home, I’m glad we contracted with Haystack to inspect the house. Chris provided us with an immediate list of deficiencies and sent a full typed report with photos the next morning. The report was very helpful when we met with the developer the next day to review deficiencies.

Hi A&J, It great to meet the two of you and I am happy to hear your builder is working with you to fix the deficiencies identified during the inspection. Not all builders are created equal. In my experience with new builds, the worse the build, the more likely the builder is to defend their work then fix it. When builders are willing to work with you it usually says speaks to their concern for their clients and the quality of the work they produce. Good luck with your new North Vancouver home.
