Alfred came to personally inspect the job I posted despite it being small. We decided on a course of action that he dedicated a day to completing. He came back as promised with his assistant. The work was completed to specification despite a few challenges inherent in all repair work. Alfred and his assistant were communicative and meticulous during the job as well as before and after (preparation and clean up). I'd be happy to work with them again when I have a larger project.
