Work required was very simple outside residential wiring but 2 men were sent. One unanticipated problem was found and fixed. A second problem required a second visit. Both of these of course extended the time required but neither required 2 men. The job was interrupted a couple of times to fetch basic parts. I feel that the second journeyman was just coasting and added very little to the job. I discovered two mistakes were made during this simple job. One was fixed before they left the site. The other required a return visit.
